Whether you are a hiking enthusiast or a sea lover, Vernazza has it all for you. From breathtaking hikes on the trails to boat trips on the crystal clear waters, without forgetting the typical restaurants to taste and buy local products.
The best way to get to Vernazza is by train: 20 minutes by train from La Spezia (Station: La Spezia Centrale) or 10 minutes by train from Levanto. Trains to Vernazza leave at least every hour and every 20 minutes in high season.
To move between the villages and admire the beautiful coast we recommend taking the ferry. The ferries leave from La Spezia, Portovenere, Riomaggiore, Manarola, Monterosso or Levanto.
You don't need a car to get around the Cinque Terre. Parking is outside the historic center because Vernazza is a car-free village.
